Bacon Cake.

Bacon Cake for Ari Stern's Birthday. Ari owns CULTUREfix, a very popular bar/gallery on the Lower East Side that also serves food. He loves bacon, so I made this cake which is Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake studded with Bacon, filled with Sweet Caramel Buttercream that was sprinkled with J&D Bacon Salt, Raw Brown Sugar and Bacon. I covered the cake with Chocolate Buttercream and Caramel. The entire cake is flanked with Thick-Cut Chocolate-Covered Bacon and finished with a Fondant piggy and Gold Disco Dust.
