Coquito Cupcakes.

Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican beverage made with Rum, Egg Yolks, Coconut Milk, Coconut Cream, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Cloves. I have been making it for the past few years, but decided to try it this year in a cupcake. "Coquito Cupcake" Coquito cake filled with Coquito Custard and topped with Coconut-Rum Buttercream and Flaked Coconut.

  3. My mom makes Coquito every year for the Holidays (we are Puerto Rican). I'm considering a Holiday/Christmas wedding, and it wouldn't be a celebration without a few bottles of Coquito. These look HEAVENLY!!!! What a delicious and amazing idea. Not sure if you have the recipe shared anywhere, but if you do point me in that direction, because wow!

    1. What is the sense in posting pictures of baked goods and not sharing the recipe? Isn't that what blogs are for?... Sharing recipes and Ideas
