My Cups Runneth Over!

Since I'm trying to catch up on posts, I'm just going to lump together a few cupcake experiments I've been making in the last few weeks. Here they are:

S'mores Cupcake: Graham Cracker and Chocolate Cake topped with Chocolate Ganache, a Hershey piece and a toasted Marshmallow.

Coffee and Donuts Cupcake: Vanilla, Cinnamon and Nutmeg Cake topped with Coffee Buttercream and a Mini Glazed Donut.

Meg's Birthday Cupcake: Chocolate Mousse-filled Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Marshmallow Frosting sprinkled with Chocolate Jimmies.

Strawberry Cupcake with Strawberry Buttercream.

Hello and Goodbye.

Hello, because I'm back to this blog. I've taken some time off to celebrate the holidays and spend time with family and friends. I'm hoping to be more proactive in 2010 with this blog, but it is tough considering I am the only one who knows about it. The goodbye is unfortunately being said to Angela. This is Angela. She's been a friend and co-worker for about 4 years. I am sad that she is leaving, but she's smiling because...

Of this: Bananas Foster Cake! Especially made for her. Rum-soaked Banana Cake, Bananas Foster Filling, Caramel-Rum Buttercream Frosting, then topped with more Bananas Foster, Caramel and Almonds. This s**t is Bananas!
